Ye Lang Honoray President
	A native of Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, he is Boya Chair Professor of Peking University and Senior Professor of Philosophy and Social Sciences at Peking University. Vice Chairman of the Beijing Municipal Federation of Social Sciences and Chairman of the Art Education Committee of the Ministry of Education. Member of the Standing Committee of the Ninth and Tenth National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He is the honorary dean of the School of Arts at Peking University and the honorary director of the Research Center for Aesthetics and Aesthetic Education at Peking University. His main research fields are aesthetics principles, art theory, and cultural strategy. His books include Selected Essays, Beauty in Imagery (Principles of Aesthetics), Bamboo in the Chest, Desire to Stop, Outline of the History of Chinese Aesthetics, Aesthetics of the Chinese Novel, and Readings on Chinese Culture (co-authored with Zhu Liangzhi), as well as The System of Modern Aesthetics (edited by the Chief Editor), and The Library of Aesthetics of the Chinese Generations (edited by the Chief Editor), and so on.
	Zhang Guoyou  Head of the Advisory Board
	Jiaozuo, Henan Province, Ph.D. in Economics, Peking University. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, deputy director of the Peking University Council, and director of the Institute of International Business Management of Peking University. He is also the President of the Chinese Society of Management Science, the Vice President of the Chinese Society of Enterprise Management, and a member of the Business Administration Review Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. He has served as Deputy Dean of the Department of Economics and Management at the School of Economics of Peking University, Vice Dean of the School of Business Administration of Peking University, Vice Dean of the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, Executive Vice Dean of the Graduate School of Peking University, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Peking University Asset Management Company, Vice Provost of Peking University, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Peking University, and Vice President of Peking University. His areas of teaching and research are management theory, global strategy, corporate culture, and the history of management thought. His research focuses on sustained economic growth, strategic competition, and cross-cultural mechanisms. He has published three monographs, co-authored and co-edited 12 books, chaired more than 10 research projects, published more than 30 academic papers and 100 column articles, edited nine books, edited two series of books, and participated in the preparation of four dictionaries and thesauruses.
	Chen Shaofeng  Head of the Academic Committee
	Zhangzhou, Fujian, Dr. Philosophy, Peking University, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Department of Philosophy, Peking University. He is the convener of the 30-member forum on China's cultural industry. His main research fields are ethics, management philosophy and cultural industry. In recent years, he has focused on topics such as social justice, entrepreneurial management philosophy and corporate culture, as well as business models of cultural industries. He has published several monographs, including History of Chinese Ethics, The Implications of Ethics, Strategy and Business Models of Cultural Industries, Management Philosophy of Entrepreneurs, Learning and Business, Corporate Culture and Corporate Ethics, and The Cultural Industry Reader.
	Xiang Yong  Dean
	Xiang Yong,born in Xuanhan, Sichuan Province, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Arts, Peking University, Dean of the Institute of Cultural Industry, Peking University, chief expert of the major project of the National Social Science Fund "Research on the Win-win Mode and Path of Cultural Industry Cooperation in countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt", and leading talent in philosophy and social sciences of the National Special Support Plan for High-level Talents (" 10,000 People Plan "). He is also the chief expert of the Institute of Cultural Inheritance and Innovation of Peking University, the director of the Digital Creative Laboratory of the Institute of Advanced Information Technology of Peking University, the deputy director of the Culture and Tourism Research Base of Peking University, the director of the Chinese Cultural Exchange and Cooperation Promotion Association, and the advisory member of the UNESCO International Center for Creativity and Sustainable Development. He has been engaged in theoretical research and cultural practice of art management and cultural industry for a long time. He is the author of Introduction to Cultural Industry, Flow of Culture, Building a Nation of Culture, Creative Leadership, Creative Management and so on.
	Tang Jinnan  Subdecanal
	Born in Beijing, he is an associate professor and doctor of Literature at Peking University, and secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Journalism and Communication at Peking University. He was the executive vice minister of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Peking University, the vice minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Peking University, and the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of the School of Art of Peking University. Editor-in-chief of "Fashion Economy Talk: Luxury feast", "Reading scenery" and so on.
	Zhu Shuai  Subdecanal
	Born in Qingdao, Shandong Province, he is a researcher and doctoral supervisor of the School of Arts of Peking University, deputy director of the Library of Peking University, a young scholar of liberal Arts of Peking University, a member of the All-China Youth Federation, a representative of the National Literary Congress, a member of the Board of directors of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and a member of the Academic Committee, and a special invited expert of the Advanced Research Program of the Ministry of Education for Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange. He is the vice president of the Museum and History Communication Committee of the Chinese Society of Journalism and History, the deputy director of the Design Aesthetics Committee of the Chinese Society of Aesthetics, and selected as the top young talents of the National High-level Talent Special Support Program.
