北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校学员征集启事

 

一、活动简介

北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校将于2022年7月24日-29日,以线上、线下相结合的方式举行。本届暑期学校将以“艺术空间的价值共生与创意营造”为主题,分为前沿学术讲座、沙龙对话、项目汇报会、创意管理工作坊和参观访学活动,面向全球招收30位相关专业的学员。

北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校是在北京大学研究生院支持下,由北京大学艺术学院和北京大学文化产业研究院联合主办,中国美术学院文创设计制造业协同创新中心协办。暑期学校自2009年举办以来,分别以“故事驱动与文化传播:全媒体语境下的文化产业”“大数据与文化生产:数码转型下的创意管理”“文化消费与价值共享:互联网时代的文化创意”“阐释与再现:传统文化资源的可持续创新”“丝绸之路经济带的数字创意与文化创新”和“跨媒体艺术与数字共生”等为主题,以专家授课、实地考察和创意工作坊等形式,与来自不同国家和地区的专家和学员们一起,分享彼此的研究成果和创意灵感,引发思想碰撞和经验交流。

 

二、教学内容

暑期学校将聘请国内外知名学者进行中英文授课,采取灵活多样的教学方式,开展互动课堂、名师讲座、项目策划等活动。

除了常规的暑期课程与专家讲座,30名学员将在暑期学校日程的最后一天围绕“艺术空间的价值共生与创意营造”项目完成一套创意策划方案。

日程安排:2022年7,确定将在本届暑期学校的学生名单,并发送正式的暑期学校邀请函。7月中下旬,正式举办暑期学校。具体时间安排进度如下:

四、申请要求

本次暑期学校以递交“个人学术简历”和“项目策划书”相结合的甄选形式进行。

1、个人学术简历要求:

(1)申请人应为研究生在读或已取得研究生学位的学者;

(2)申请人应具备良好的英语听说能力;

(3)申请人的学术背景应与暑期课程的主题具有相关性。

 

2、本届研究生暑期学校的主题为“艺术空间的价值共生与创意营造”,项目策划书选题应当与以下四项社会议题之一相关联:

(1)地方创生与社区营造

(2)文化经济与社会影响力评估

(3)艺术文化机构运营及管理

(4)文化政策与文化治理

  

、创意方案要求

1、主题要求:

选取符合上述议题的文化资源,撰写文创产品或服务的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案

2、内容要求:

策划案需包括市场分析、消费者分析、核心商品/服务、商业模式、线上线下市场推广方案、风险控制与预算等。需提交详细商业计划书、执行方案说明、营销方案预估等,字数不少于5000字。

 

、评审依据

1、该学生的项目策划书是否与主题相关;

2、该学生的项目策划书是否注重国际视野与本土研究;

3、理论性与实践性、回顾性和前瞻性的平衡。

 

、申请材料:

本届暑期学校通过个人简历与创意方案征集相结合的评选机制,选取30位学员参与。在暑期学校结束后,将挑选优秀的创意成果汇编成册,并交付出版。具体材料清单为:

1、2022年北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校申请表扫描件(见附件);

2、个人学术简历;

3、围绕“艺术空间的价值共生与创意营造”为主题的项目策划书

4、外语水平证明电子版;

5、获奖证明电子版(说明具体时间和奖项及论文载体);

提交报名材料的截至时间为20226月30

入选结果预计将于2022年7月反馈。

 

、学员待遇

学员参加暑期学校课程学习并完成学习任务后,将获得北京大学颁发的北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校结业证书。

2022 Summer School on International Arts Management and Cultural IndustriesPeking University

Call for Students

July 24th-29th, 2022

 

I. Introduction

The Summer School on Arts Management and Cultural Industries at Peking University will be held on July 24th, 2022. The theme of the summer school is “Value symbiosis and creative making of art spaces”, which involves frontier academic lectures, salon dialogues, project presentation, and creative management workshops. We will recruit about 30 students from all over the world.

The Summer School will be run by the Institute for Cultural Industries at Peking University. It aims to generate new ideas, inspire new vigor, and nurture future talents for creative industries by producing project planning with the joint efforts from renowned experts and our students.

 

II. Teaching Contents

The summer school will invite prestigious scholars in China and abroad. It will adopt flexible and multiple teaching methods and will develop courses and activities in both Chinese and English, including interactive classes, lectures, practice project designing, etc. 30 participants will be required to finish a planning case based on the topic “Value symbiosis and creative making of art spaces” by the last day of the summer school.

Ⅳ. Application Requirements

This summer school will estimate the combination of personal academic resume and project proposal.

1. Requirements for personal academic resume:

(1) The applicant should be a graduate student or a scholar who has obtained a graduate degree.

(2) The applicant should have good English listening and speaking skills.

(3) The applicant's academic background should be relevant to the topic of the summer program.

2. The theme is “Value symbiosis and creative making of art spaces”, and the topic of the project proposal should be related to one of the following

(1) Place making and community building

(2) Cultural economy and social impact assessment

(3) Operation and management of arts and cultural institutions

(4) Cultural policy and cultural governance

 

 V. Requirements of the Creative Planning Scheme

A. Theme:

Select existing cultural resources that fit the above topics. Propose an innovative design, creative management and marketing plans for cultural and creative products or services.

B. Contents:

The business proposal needs to include market analysis, consumer analysis, core goods/services, business model, online and offline marketing plan, risk control and budget, etc. Applicants need to send the business proposal, the description on how to execute the plan, and marketing project estimation to us. The length of the plan text should be no less than 3000 words.

 

ⅤI. Evaluation Standard

1. The relevance of the student's project proposal to the theme

2. Whether the project proposal focuses on international perspective or local research.

3. The balance of theory and practice, retrospect and prospect.

 

ⅤII. Application Materials

This year's summer school will enroll applicants through a selection that combines individual resumes with a call for creative solutions. After the summer school, excellent creative achievements will be selected as a volume, which will be delivered for publication. The specific material list is as below:

ⅦI. What You will Acquire

After attending the summer school courses and completing the learning tasks, students will obtain the completion certificate of Summer School of Arts Management and Cultural Industries issued by Peking University.
