2020年新冠肺炎的全球大流行对联合国2030可持续发展议程形成重大挑战，任何一个国家、企业或组织都无法独自应对这种重大挑战。“一带一路”是促进可持续发展的国际合作典范，创意是推动可持续发展的重要动能。“一带一路”沿线国家和地区应采取务实有效的创意行动，推进文化资源的创造共享和文化技术的创新研发，推动全球可持续发展，实现世界经济的创造性复苏。

The coronavirus pandemic in 2020 poses a major challenge to the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. No single country, enterprise or organization is able to face and cope with this significant difficulty alone. China’s The Belt and Road Initiative is a model of international cooperation for achieving sustainable development, and Creativity is an important momentum to drive this long-term progress. Countries and regions along the Belt and Road should take pragmatic, effective and creative actions to promote the creation and sharing of cultural resources, advance innovation research and development of cultural technology, pursue global sustainable development and contribute creatively to world economic recovery.
