Modernization Expression of Chinese Cultural Genes Empowered by Meta-Universe is Officially Published

Anchor point This report is divided into three parts: five technical aspects of meta-universe empowering Chinese cultural genes, five expression paths of meta-universe empowering Chinese cultural genes, and five application scenarios of meta-universe empowering Chinese cultural genes, and it will be released on January 7-8, 2023, at the 20th New Year's Forum of China's Cultural Industry. This report is jointly produced by Peking University's Institute of Cultural Industry, Digital Creativity Laboratory of Peking University's Institute for Advanced Studies in Information Technology (IASIT) and Love Incarnation Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and is the stage-by-stage result of Peking University's "Chinese Aesthetics Gene Bank Project".

Meta-universe technology has the qualities of borderlessness, permanence, high fictionality and decentralization, as well as an independent economic system and unique social experience, so it contains technologies that can satisfy the needs of cultural gene identification and extraction, copying and storage, translation and transcription, display and reorganization, and interactive experience, etc. Compared with UGC, PGC, and PGC, Ai Incarnation Technology (Beijing) Co. Compared with UGC and PGC, the biggest difference of AIGC is that the new technology drives machine intelligence to create content, which makes AIGC have unique technical features, including data giant quantization, content creativity, cross-modal fusion, and cognitive interaction power, etc. It is also these unique technical capabilities that allow AIGC to make breakthroughs in the field of literature and art, and offer new potentials in the extraction, matching, annotation, transformation, and even re-creation of cultural genes. It provides new potential for cultural gene extraction, matching, annotation, transformation and even re-creation. For example, speech transcription technology greatly improves the efficiency of text extraction in dialogues, open intelligent tools recognize and classify images according to visual category names, realize the visual symbolization of cultural genes, and intelligent video editing can develop the content value of cultural genes in depth through real-time rendering and prediction, injecting new vitality into ancient cultural genes.
