一、活动简介

北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校将于2021年8月25日-31线上举行。本届暑期学校将以“跨媒体艺术与数字共生”为主题,以线上工作坊的形式开展,面向全球招收30位相关专业的硕士研究生为学员。

北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校是在北京大学研究生院支持下,由北京大学艺术学院和北京大学文化产业研究院联合主办,中国美术学院文创设计制造业协同创新中心协办。暑期学校自2009年举办以来,分别以“故事驱动与文化传播:全媒体语境下的文化产业”“大数据与文化生产:数码转型下的创意管理”“文化消费与价值共享:互联网时代的文化创意”“阐释与再现:传统文化资源的可持续创新”“丝绸之路经济带的数字创意与文化创新”“文化遗产与创意活化”等为主题,以专家授课、交流研讨创意工作坊的形式,与来自不同国家和地区的专家和学员们一起,分享彼此的研究成果和创意灵感,引发思想碰撞和经验交流。

二、教学内容

暑期学校将聘请国内外知名学者进行线上授课,采取灵活多样的教学方式,开展互动课堂、名师讲座、项目策划等活动。

除了常规的暑期课程与专家讲座,30名学员将被分为6个小组,每个小组需在暑期学校日程的最后一天围绕“跨媒体艺术与数字共生”项目完成一套创意策划方案。

四、申请条件

1、硕士研究生,学习成绩优异,总评成绩排名在专业前20%,具有较强的实践能力或科研能力;

2、英语表达能力强;

3、在校期间未受过任何处分。

五、申请材料:

本届暑期学校通过个人简历与创意方案征集相结合的评选机制,选取30位学员参与工作坊。在暑期学校结束后,将挑选优秀的创意成果汇编成册,并交付出版。具体材料清单为:

1、2021年北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校申请表扫描件(见附件);

2、外语水平证明电子版;

3、获奖证明电子版(说明具体时间和奖项及论文载体);

4、围绕“跨媒体艺术与数字共生”的创意策划方案。

提交报名材料的截至时间为2021年5月31日。

入选结果预计将于2021年6月反馈。

六、创意方案要求

1、主题要求:(四选一

(1)疫情防控常态化的背景下,围绕如何推动“一带一路”沿线国家文化艺术领域的合作发展,撰写文创产品或服务的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案;

(2)围绕如何利用数字工具,实现公共文化服务领域的创新发展,撰写文创产品或服务的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案;

(3)针对5G时代下的文旅融合,撰写文创产品或服务的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案;

(4)针对艺术与科技的跨领域融合,撰写文创产品或服务的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案。

2、内容要求:

策划案需包括市场分析、消费者分析、核心商品/服务、商业模式、线上线下市场推广方案、风险控制与预算等。需提交详细商业计划书、执行方案说明、营销方案预估等,字数不少于5000字。

七、学员待遇

1、学习证明

学员参加暑期学校课程学习并完成学习任务后,将获得北京大学颁发的北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校结业证书。

2、经济待遇

线上暑期学校不收取任何费用。

The 11th Summer School on International Arts Management and Cultural Industries,Peking University

Call for Students

August 25th-31st

I. Introduction

The Summer School of Art Management and Cultural Industries at Peking University will be held online from August 25th to 31st, 2021. The theme of this year’s summer school is "Transmedia Art and Digital Symbiosis" and will be held in an online workshop format. We will recruit about promising 30 postgraduate students from all over the world.

The Summer School of Art Management and Cultural Industries of Peking University is supported by the Graduate School of Peking University, co-sponsored by the School of the Arts of Peking University and the Institute for Cultural Industries of Peking University,and co-organized by the Collaborative Innovation Center of Cultural and Creative Design Manufacturing Industries of China Academy of Art.The summer school was first held in 2009, and the theme of which included "Story-driven and Cultural Communication: Cultural Industries in the Context of Omnimedia", "Big Data and Cultural Production: Creative Management in the Digital Transformation", "Cultural Consumption and Value Sharing: Cultural Creativity in the Internet Era", "Interpretation and Representation: The sustainable innovation of traditional culture resources ", " Digital creativity and cultural innovation in the Silk Road Economic Belt ", " Cultural heritage and creative activation" and so on. In the form of expert lectures, exchange seminars and creative workshops, the activity will share research results and creative inspirations with experts and students from different countries and regions, leading to collision of ideas and exchange of experience.

II Teaching content

The summer school will employ well-known scholars at home and abroad to deliver online lectures, adopt flexible teaching methods, and carry out interactive classes, lectures by famous teachers, project planning and other activities.

In addition to the regular summer sessions and expert lectures, the 30 students will be divided into six groups, each of which will be required to develop a creative plan on the last day of the summer school schedule for the "Transmedia Art and Digital Symbionism" project.

IV Application conditions

1. Master students with excellent academic performance, ranking top 20% in the overall evaluation of the major, and strong practical or scientific research ability;

2. Good English communication skills;

3. No disciplinary action be taken while in school.

. Requirements of the Creative Planning Scheme

A. Subjects :(choose one of four)
1. Focusing on how to promote the transboundary cooperation between the countries and regions regarded by “One Belt One Road Initiative” in the cultural and artistic fields under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,work out a creative design or a creative management and marketing plan for creative products or services.

 

2. Focusing on how to use digital tools to achieve innovative development in the field of public cultural services, work out a creative design or a creative management and marketing plan for creative products or services.

 

3. Focusing on the integration of cultural and tourism in the 5G era, work out a creative design or a creative management and marketing plan for creative products or services.

 

4. Focusing on the cross-field integration of art and technology, work out a creative design or a creative management and marketing plan for creative products or services.

 

B. Contents:

The scheme should include market analysis, consumer analysis, core products/services, business model, online and offline marketing promotion plan, risk control and budget, etc. It also requires to submit a detailed business plan, implementation plan description, marketing plan estimation, etc., no less than 5000 words.

. What You will Acquire

A. The certificate of the summer school.

B. Students of the school will be provided with free food, accommodation, and study materials. Tuition is exempted. Students need to pay for their own transportation fees.
